The #1 way I use value is to determine if it is likely be a trending or chop day. If we are trading withing value this means that bulls and bears are in balance with one another for the time being. If we are trading inside value all morning and then break out to the upside. I will look for long entries on pullback to say, value high. The reverse is also true for a breakout to the downside.
